Info for Groups
(10+ people) at Le Regent Hostel Montmartre.

To make a booking at our hostels in Paris (it’s easy!) :
1. Save Money ! Get discounts for booking early (i.e. the sooner you confirm a booking, the cheaper the accommodation is for your group- you will be the hero !).
2. A group is 10 or more guests.
3. We do not accept groups of under-16 year olds at Le Regent Montmartre.
4. If you are requesting beds for a group of students who are between 16 and 18, you need to let us know at the time of the booking. Failure to do so might result in not being able to check-in. Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old).
5. Please fill in the form below to make an enquiry or a provisional booking.
6. We’ll email you back with our availability and prices; putting the request on option if you so require.
7. You will need to confirm the option, within a certain time period, by paying a non-refundable deposit of the first night’s accommodation.
8. Full & final payment for the booking is normally required 30 days prior to arrival.

Some things to remember when booking a group in Le Regent Montmartre :
There is one designated group leader who must identify themselves at Check-in and who will be responsible for the group at all times while staying at Le Regent Montmartre.
1. The group leader must be present in Le Regent Hostel Montmartre with the students at all times.
2. A deposit of 300€ is required in case of any damage or loss. The deposit is to be organised by the group leader upon arrival by providing a credit card with sufficient funds.
3. Rooms are ready after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before, we will try to organise a luggage room depending on availability.
4. For your departure, we offer free luggage storage until 3.00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot always facilitate groups who need to leave luggage later than this time.
5. Bed linen is free of charge. However, if you require towels please arrange in advance for a fee of 1.00 € per towel.
